The STMicro driver was identical to Third Party DriverPack Misc 11.08.
Updated the PM driver though:

Rule #1: Never reuse a pre-integrated source.  Always start with a clean source.
To answer your questions:
"Will it work??"  Possibly, but we really, really advise against it.  If you insist on trying, we will not support it.
"Can I reuse it??"  While it's physically possible for you to reuse it, the resulting pile of crap will likely NOT work.

Extract the SAD2 utility using 7zip to your C:\ drive.  Read the "readme.txt" inside for detailed instructions.
Put the compressed DriverPacks Audio .7z file into the SAD2\NT6\x64\ folder.
Doubleclick the DP_Install_Tool.cmd file and press enter at the prompt.

AFAIK, the DriverPacks Finisher only deletes the %systemdrive%\D\ folder.  So as long you don't put anything in the \D\ folder you should be fine.
Are you sure your not integrating CCleaner for autoscan?  It deletes the temp dir by default. (just a thought)

Yes, chances are very good that all the drivers you'll need are contained within our DriverPacks.  But if after installing with out DriverPacks you find that some of your hardware is not working, please report back here with exact details ([url=TinyURL.com/pqum87c]Read BEFORE you post.[/url]) so that we can add support for your hardware.

I don't get that error, but I'll test the newer version extensively before releasing.
