the Base program will create your PE plugin for you both for xp and 2003.
no need for you to do anything except include them in your builds.
the lines i believe are self explanatory.
Please see the bartpe tutorial in my signature
Very cool... thanks !
I agree. We get about one post a month from someone with an access issue.
those few posts are likely related to other problems than the host. If it were the host we would be clobbered with posts.
go ahead and add your chipset to your build the same way you added lan...
Well if i have no choice... then the source of 'X' will be with the base source
i know lots of languages if i have to use an alternate i will i would just prefer to stick to one, and Wim chose Autoit.
what happened when you tried ?
not yet... but very soon... it is in process ATM
lol
it is a pretty simple program... one of these days i will replace it so we have the source.
no delphi wont help as base is coded in autoit and so must the new setup be as well.
Thanks for your contributions and taking the time to discuss and share with us.
Welcome back sir!
well most drivers depend on chipset being installed so if chipset is corrupt many other drivers will fail too (like dominos)
you are also useing a version of base that was a beta over a year ago
the current version is 8.05
Only mass storage is supported...
this is normal and expected...
Welcome to DriverPacks and we are glad your here
post your hwid's useing the tool in my signature
Please see "read before you post" also in my sig and provide the missing info
such as DriverPacks base version and pack versions used for your install
thanks and welcome
I Agree... ;D
Nope...
just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page
Thanks for responding
You ABSOLUTELY must have .NET installed or the 'ATI Control Center' will fail to install
if you are installing the the 'ATI Control Panel' then .net is not required
you can select None for the control panel option in base to verify this is the problem (or bypass it)
i did see you were referencing the ati cp but felt the need to make sure it was not the ati cc we were discussing
Thanks for following up with us we always liek to hear how things turn out.
Sorry we didnt have the solution for you... but it sounds like your off to the races anyway!
Have a great day and thanks for being here.
We love it when a plan comes together!
Thanks for letting us know that worked and all is well
Have a great day
PS i will keep you number by the phone in case i get stuck
prune hwids from the oldest if it becomes an issue
PnP may automaticaly choose the better driver and we may not have to wrooy about it at all...
lets test it and see..
the work has not begun due to lack of interest...
64gig of ram... i wonder if vista can be installed to a ram disk

Bump first post update....
lol i think we can safely release it as 8.06 (since that was the last time it was modified)
that might encourage me to release a real 8.07 version with a new feature or two
the only diff between 8.05 and 8.06 is a few language updates I didnt expect any issues
Thanks for the reports...
if i dont put it out before i fall asleep, feel free put it out for me...
Changelog: - 8.06 - See Bug tracker for language updates submitted for base 8.05 and now included
Thanks cdob - you da man!
please see this thread http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=2264
It will show you how to use the driverpacks to update drivers after the install.
We support unnattended installation useing DriverPacks -
had you added DriverPacks to your install you may not have had any driver issues.
there is a tutorial link in my signature for that. also see read BEFORE you post also below.
Welcome to DriverPacks and have a great day.
PS this is the exact same question you had in february and you are still not useing DriverPacks.
if you are not useing the DriverPacks then we cant help you...
Finisher never ran... so no log will exist...
we really need is to see his DPs_BASE.log that will tell us if he chose guirunonce, runonceex or custom
if he chose runonceex and then changed his winnt.sif or if he didnt add his custom call...
as it is he could jsut double click on the finisher and it would clean it all up...
