I am testing DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_801.7z and DP_LAN_wnt5_x86-32_801.7z integration with WinPE 2.  They all integrate and presumably work fine except these 3 drivers from the MassStorage pack: 3B, AD8, D.  They cause problems at different points during bootup.  AD8 starts to boot up and then freezes.  D freezes immediately.  3B causes a BSOD.

A couple of drivers failed to integrate:

C:\D\L\AM1\amdl7n5.inf
C:\D\L\BE2\oemsetnt.inf

the SysPrep crowd (Hey You Guys PLEASE come out of the woodwork...)

I am using the driverpacks with Sysprep and UA install cds and would like to participate more directly with the team.  I am already testing the dev builds and wondering what is the best way to report feedback with those?  Greets smile

I am just getting started with integrating the Driverpacks.net MS pack with sysprep. smile

Hmm its possible I might have confused that with C being greyed out as you're correct I dont use that pack.
I now also realize I had both B packs in the DriverPacks folder so maybe there was something.
Anyway I see that B is not greyed out "anymore" big_smile

Thanks again jtdoom wink

1) It Works, control panel and all nice job smile

2) I put it "\DriverPacks" NOT '\3rd party DriverPacks'.  Only thing in there is the monitor pack.

13

(22 replies, posted in DriverPack Graphics)

OK it slipstreamed I just wasnt sure because the option to check it under 'Settings>DriverPacks' was greyed out.
But DPGB7021.7z is in the OEM folder.  Testing Now...

BTW I noticed a minor annoyance, while slipstreaming BASE keeps 'stealing' focus, so it was hard to type this comment smile

14

(22 replies, posted in DriverPack Graphics)

how do I get the option to use this in BASE?  Do I just rename it?  Update Checker says "Where did you get that?" tongue

ah I know it says 'not approved' but I though I would through my support behind this request as well.  When I did the manual removal there were four sections referencing ATI and I was not sure if I should remove all of them.

although the network said it was installed it was not working.  The sound drivers did not install either.  I will test this again tommorow and record more details.
