This is probably the same driver as mentioned in this "fixed" post ( http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=1282 ).
Should be implemented in the next update....
hi
the one that is in testing, that is another one... (unichrome)
your hwid PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3230 is not yet in the packs. I saw that core driver files differed in number and names..
I'll add them to < Graphics_B in new folder D\G\V\8 >
the previously added one in testing is PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3343 and located in Graphics_B in D\G\V\7
because you two can test this on hardware that needs this, here goes.
it is on rapidshare.
http://rapidshare.com/files/17391613/DP … LY.7z.html
I must ask to please let us know if it worked, so that this can be implemented in a future pack...
oops , wrong link... fixed

thanks I will try this later today and report back
thanks, I'll report back also..
in case it throws an error.... then when you report here, please include info on error.
and if it works OK, we must know it too, for it will then be put in a future pack (to be published ASAP)
Works like a charm, thanks!
how do I get the option to use this in BASE? Do I just rename it? Update Checker says "Where did you get that?"
Last edited by DigeratiPrime (2007-02-24 05:51:10)
hi
rerun base, and just ignore that update checker... hit slipstream
OK it slipstreamed I just wasnt sure because the option to check it under 'Settings>DriverPacks' was greyed out.
But DPGB7021.7z is in the OEM folder. Testing Now...
BTW I noticed a minor annoyance, while slipstreaming BASE keeps 'stealing' focus, so it was hard to type this comment
huh?
greyed out?
the nightly has to be put in driverpacks folder, not in third party folder (what I think u did)
I am not 100 percent sure on the following assumption I make, but if you put it in 3rd party, it will indeed be in the OEM folder, but, I "assume" that exception filters will not process this graficks-in-3rd..
therefore, please put G-B-nightly in driverpacks folder and rerun.
future base releases will use driverpacks releases that will have an individual INI file, so that people can customise more easily if the need arises.
1) It Works, control panel and all nice job
2) I put it "\DriverPacks" NOT '\3rd party DriverPacks'. Only thing in there is the monitor pack.
thanks for additional info on CPL.
it had crossed my mind to ask about it, but then I forgot to put that in a post..
hehe, I am getting old
I forgot to take pill against forgetfulness, I think... LOL
I am still trying to figure out why you mentioned that it was greyed out.
I cannot reproduce that fenomenon.
we have no log, so I assume user error
when two versions are in folder, base goes for the latest.
(maybe C was not in folder... when a file is NOT in folder, it is greyed out. When a file does not use standardised driverpacks naming convention, it would be greyed out too, but greyed out files are not processed.. Therefore, I assume reporting or user error).
anyway, it worked for both of you, so this one can be implemented
(it is currently up on a driverpacks server for further review by testing team. >> G\B 7.021 )
Hmm its possible I might have confused that with C being greyed out as you're correct I dont use that pack.
I now also realize I had both B packs in the DriverPacks folder so maybe there was something.
Anyway I see that B is not greyed out "anymore"
Thanks again jtdoom
cool
watson is pleased
btw, thanks for that feedback, it was useful.
there was no real issue then, see?
edit, I wish you guys would say Jaak...
