Updated first post to v111009

I'm updating SAD2 right now also.  There's a bug in the code that will keep the drivers regardless of the setting.  I'll upload that tonight as well.  I've been testing it all week.

This is a DriverPacks support forums.  We're still waiting for your DPs_BASE.log and DPsFnshr.log.  And we need the full HWID list (use the tool linked in my signature).
Your hardware is already supported in our DriverPacks, so I'm curious to know what you used.

I have an older HP 5750 on my bench at work.  It has an ATI xPress 1150 chipset.  I'll pull the drive (win7) and put a replacement drive in and try my XP install with DriverPacks.  I use an ODD install disc very similar to yours (U_H's updatepack, OEM activation, no domain, used RVMi for build).
If I verify that the install is normal, then the problem has something to do with how you build or the contents of your build.

I'll report back with my build logs and results tomorrow evening.

Oh, BTW, I never use KTD but I always use my SAD2-enabled thumb drive.

No, I meant what I said.  Open the \D\S\R\originals.7z file and use the .inf files (not HDA.inf) within to replace the ones in \D\S\R\
I created the \D\S\R\originals.7z file to store the original unaltered .inf files before I modded them to break driver signing.

And yes, decompress-replace files-recompress

OK, for your instance, the way to fix it is to remove D\S\R2\ and restore the original .inf in \D\S\R\ from the "originals.7z" archive.

They're the same.  The ones I linked to are the "international" version we use in the DriverPacks vs. US-English-Only.

I didn't realize I left the sound drivers in the graphics packs.  I'll have to fix that...
Do the vanilla nvidia drivers from here work OK?

I have DriverPack Sound B updated with the latest nvidia HD audio drivers.  DriverPack Sound A with the latest Realtek drivers.
It's here if you'd like to try it:

I updated DriverPack LAN with the drivers you linked to.  They are implemented in DriverPack LAN 11.10r1 (in testing).

Please post log files.

I haven't had any time at all to work on the mobility drivers.  I don't know if I'll have time this month either.
I'll do my best though.

The current Graphics B didn't work for the nvidia audio.

LOL, think about what you just said! big_smile
There's no sound drivers in the GRAPHICS DriverPacks. wink

Don't worry, I should have something ready for testing this week.  This weekend at the latest.

Yes, that driver is already included in DriverPack Sound B.  I've updated it in the latest beta (still on my desktop, yet to be uploaded anywhere).

I'll email you the link for the test DriverPack Sound B later.

Re-marked as [BUG].
I don't know when I'll have time to fix this.  I've been busy with work.

Thanks for confirming the fix.  Marking as Solved...

I have them added already to my test build but I've been too busy to develop them further.
Hopefully I'll have time next week.

Yes, it's supported in 11.09 in folder \I2.

Try it in a normal XP disc-based install (or SAD).  If it works, then there's nothing wrong with the DriverPack WLAN, but something wrong with your UBCD4win build.
