Unfortunately due to NDAs it's not very easy to answer your questions
I'm using Windows Codename Phoenix, based on Windows Server 2008 R2 Core 64Bit. It's a MS internal build.
The system is a Belinea o.center and has been manufactured by MAXDATA. Both companies went bankrupt. :-/
The motherbord has been manufactured by INVENTEC; they don't provide any software drivers to download. The BIOS is locked and cannot be accessed.
The server itself features one power button, one recovery button (its only function is to boot into another system stored on USB keys). It has an inbuilt eSata, 4x USB, 1 ethernet port. There are 4 SATA drive slots for harddisks. These slots should feature hotswapping, in Win Server 2003 they did, currently with 2008R2 they don't.
And then there are 6 blinking lights, 5 of them are controlled via software that is not available for Windows Server 2008R2. The processor has been replaced. Now it's an Athlon X2 4850e, before it was some kind of AMD LE dunno.. The OS has been installed after the replacement.
I already tried to give you a push in the correct direction here...

Is your AMD processor
AMD processors are covered by the DriverPacks CPU pack (not the Misc pack)
I tried your CPU pack now. Windows says the most recent drivers are already installed and work fine.
Did you try to use the SAD (Stand Alone Drivers) feature of DriverPacks BASE? (is SAD how you tried the Misc pack?)
Nope. I downloaded the packs, put them into a directory, went to Windows Device Manager, right clicked onto the broken devices and selected Update drivers. Then I choosed the directory and selected to include subfolders. However I have your DriverPacks BASE installed.
You should try the CPU pack with SAD if you haven't yet. Again this is not a big deal, the proccesor will not run any better... pretty much all the cpu driver does is to make the yellow exclamation point go away in device manager... . A rose by any other name .
Actually I try to get rid of that marathon of Windows bug checks I get every now and then. (Especially a Processor hadware exception; posted to AMD forums, no answers yet)
Guess I need something more recent than XP 32 bit drivers. :-/
Same for finding the other ones...
although if i were you i would go to the OEM providers site for them... Dell, HP, Acer, whomever built the PC or notebook. (you failed to mention what it was).
The manufacturers all went bankrupt, INVENTEC does not provide anything to download nor support.
by googling ACPI\PNP0C0C\2&daba3ff&2 It looks like this is a CPU fan or Battery for a laptop...
It's a server. It has that usual CMOS battery and a CPU fan. Could this be related to Cool n' quiet systems?
Is this a laptop? what kind? did you try their site for drivers?
no drivers online.. :-(
If I need to provide more information please do not hesitate to ask. I'll try my very best to answer.
