I will verify modem pack this evening but ensure that sound driver is already in sound pack..
but I think modem pack has no relation with sound pack they use HD bus but we can install one without other without any problems...
in some laptops I have sound installed without modem..
I think we must reorgranized modem pack and rebuilt it too

I try latest drivers pack with some notebooks and mother board with sigmatel audio card this latest 3 months, 0% succes :s
it's any possibility to solve this probleme,
why not make "sound DP C" juste with sigmatel audio drivers ( according to my small experience,driver is différente between company and other )

if you can update modems driverpacks with some notebook and laptop drivers it will be wonderfull ^^

you can also download HP driver,xtract it and take all hwids used by HP ^^ (juste a proposition)

I tried to install new drivers but anything work exept drivers for another model of pavillon Hp for nvidia card.......
for sound it's not a probleme,driver must be juste integrated to next version...

Soft RAID is what you call a RAID setup using the on-board HDD controller.
This solution relies heavily on the drivers and the CPU (which is also a reason you cannot port the RAID between systems unless they use the same mobo, same BIOS and drivers) and is hence also called fake RAID by many.A real RAID uses a dedicated RAID controller, which ranges from, say, €300 onwards to some €3,000, uses its own CPU and RAM on the controller card, is usually faster and more reliable (because of portability).
This is not to denounce soft RAID, I'm using that myself as it provides an easy and cheap way to maximize HDD usability (especially with low HDD prices), but you need to be aware of what it can do and what it cannot do.

ahci is looking for problems.
It sounds like that when you do not have native command cueing (which was apparently not supported natively in XP for all chips.) you gain no speed benefits.Some people running vista see speed gains, some don't. The percieved gains depend on the controller and type of hard drive, and BIOS settings.
Switching between these settings in BIOS in a live system (after windows set up drivers..) is begging for trouble.
I undertand that you prefere RAID mode ??

for modem I use same driver designed for Vista,it seem worked (I don't test it)
for Sound I try same driver for Vista,installed correctly and device seems correct in device manager but NO SOUND....

Install from a list or specific location,
Don't search I will choose the driver to install,
In the list of common hardware types, scroll down and select Sound, Video, and Game controllers.
Remove the check from "Show Compatible Hardware" and click on "Have Disk".
Next...browse to the unzipped folder and choose "WiSVHe5.inf".Ignore XP when it complains.
Reboot.
