Hello all,

The Updates batch  tool works great for Seven 64 bit. It mounts, integrates patchs and then unmount install.wim. No problem ...

BUT ... it only occurs for index:4. Not the other index. DISM reports integration might be successfull anyway.

Is this normal ?

Thanks.

EDIT : It seems the index matchs to the differents Windows versions ... so this is normal that works for only one index. Can you confirme please ?

EDIT2 : OK found the confirmation. I updated the BATCH files. Eveything is OK now. Ne error at all.

thanks mr_smartepants !

Hello all,

I've got two questions :

- Is it possible to hide automaticaly the command prompt window when the files are decompressing and installing ? Something like a silent mode ...

- Is it possible to disable the "do you want to reboot" "later or now" prompt question by Windows 7 just after logging to the session ?

Thank you.

Sure ... i understand. Unfortunately, i can't take away my customers PC. At least, i will look at the HWID next time.

Sorry i don't have the PC anymore. My fault, i should have taken the exact webcam model and the HWID.

Well i'm almost sure that WC\L\6 and WC\L\8 folders are concerned because they both have the guilty EXE (WUApp32.exe). Its description matches to what i got on the screen (Logitech Updater Software). I guess it's possible to clean the INF to remove references to the file. I might be able to try and test it, but i don't have the material hmm

Hello all,

Today, i've installed a PC with a Logitech webcam (i've forgotten the exact reference). And so during the detection of the peripherals, an EXE setup by Logitech popped-up. This program asked me to update. So i suppose it is WUApp32.exe.

I had to close the window and the driver get installed properly. However i'd like to avoid this EXE comes up next time. There's probably some modification to bring into the INF but i ignore which one.

Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, i don't have the PC anymore so i can't do these checks hmm

Done. That's the same problem with DP_Graphics_A_wnt5_x86-32_80309_nightly. I had to uninstall the drivers from the device manager, and reinstall them manually by pointing the path to D:\G\A1.

Thank you. I have a new Asus F3SR to install soon. I'll let you know.

Hello all,

I've got a new problem with ATI drivers. I've noticed it on a few different PC (ie : ATI Mobility Radeon HD2400 on an Asus F3SR notebook). The drivers seem to get installed, but not properly because i get an exclamation mark in the device manager. I have to uninstall them from there, and then to reinstall them by pointing to the ATI drivers folder. In this case, manually, it works perfectly. But why not during the installation process ?

Is it linked to the deletion of \D folder at the last step of RunOnceEx ?

I use graphics pack A 8.01.

Thank you.

I've believed these new releases were just beta. Thanks, i'll give them a try.

Hello all,

Sorry if this problem has been already mentionned but i haven't found the resolution here. The ATI Mobility drivers can't get installed because it searches the files into C:\D\G\A\1\.\B_52365 instead of C:\D\G\A\1\B_52365

So i have to wait for the first boot to give the right path in the device manager. Any idea about where this path error comes from ?

I'm using graphic pack A 7.10, with ATI control panel (the one that doesn't require .NET 2.0) configured in the Driverpack base.

Thank you.

I have had the same problem with a ICH5R (on Asus P4C800-E Deluxe). Do you know if it's fixed with the new chipset pack drivers ? I have no possibility to test it again.

Thank you.
