Are Bigfoot's Vista-7-8 beta DP's fully compatible with SAD3?
It would seem that the tree structure has been grafted, à la Frankenstein there.  That could be instrumental.  Leuk!

There are hundreds of Gigs of driver packages for us to go through to update the DriverPacks.  To ensure your request is implimented, a new topic should be created for each driver request with a [REQ]  prefix in the title.
If that is a WLAN device, it should be filed under Vista-7(includes W8.x) WLAN.
Here is an example --> http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=10821

Please post a new topic for that driver.  Thank you again.

Oh.  Yes, Windows Update, or MicrosoftUpdateCatalog are indeed sources valid for inclusion into any of the DriverPacks.  OEM website download is also acceptable.

Send us a link or two for drivers to be included for MassStorage, Chipset, or LAN, for one of us here to consider including for upcoming nightlies, betas or releases.

Thank you for asking.     smile

Note:  It may be that the folder path was drastically changed for Bigfoot's betas.
This might affect SAD compatibility when it attempts to remove other OS drivers, etc.

Should they be altered as a starting point for *_NT6_x64_1302's to be for concurrent release with core NT5 packs?

Admin?  (Happy belated b-dy Jeff!)

That is a great idea!  Welcome to the forum too.
BTW, are you able to select any of the USB 3.0 ports to boot from on those? (go ahead & use USB 2.0 device if 3.0 dev. n/a)

No update as yet.  Am open to suggestions.
Intel hub/switch drivers possibly "sticky wickets", btw.
Should initial part of Setup force attendent to supply needed driver (Win7-only)?

Check here for links to the other two Catalyst 14.4 drivers (Pack1 & Pack3) -->  http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic. … 619#p57619
No, it has not been included in DP_Graphics_A yet.  That pack needs a ground-up overhaul to move forward.  Also, it is possible that there are problems with the Security Catalogs associated with those drivers.  Hopefully, all that is required is the Root Certificates Updates.

A year and a half after starting this topic, have we seen the last public AMD/ATi (affectionately known as DAMMiT  :lol) update?

[OT]

My sincere respect and humble appreciation goes out to Veterans on this anniversary of the Normandy invasion.

If not for your selfless sacrifice as well as grit and determination, i might not be typing this by my own free will, and it might not have been in English.

May Veterans get the medical treatment that they are rightfully, lawfully, and morally entitled to.  This is also apparently being withheld in Canada.  It disgusts me to see how quality of life has no metric in bureaucracy, and i consider those "chair-warmers" FUBAR.  Despite not having fought on D-Day, the mistreatment of the deck crew of the USS Ronald Reagan impeding their long road to (hopefully) recovery is extremely dishonorable considering their desperate suffering.  There are probably others from their flotilla that also suffer in silence.  If not for you, we might all glow in the dark now, so-to-speak.  I think the whole Northern Hemisphere owes you and those brave legs on the ground, including the late Masao Yoshida, a debt few know of or publicly acknowledge.

Thank you.

[/OT]

It does remind me of this discussion. Thank you again.
Go ahead and remind me of the NT6 updated driver CD's.  Am going to need your insight there.

Will be watching LA Kings defenceman Willy Mitchell - the pride of Port McNeill !
The odd passing 70,000 tonne container ship to ports in California may contain sand & gravel from that town, by the way.

Unfortunately, this pack has some major path-length issues.  That is why my recommendation is for post-Windows Setup utilizing SAD3:   smile

No changelogs yet for the Graphics packs.  That is on my short list concerning "The Process".

(Note that unlike NY Rangers' coach Alain Vigneault, I did not have a lozenge in my mouth.     :lol
Avoir une bonne soirée, Monsieur Vigneault. Tu nous manques ici dans la vallée du Fraser.)

Thank you for joining the forum, Mansome!     smile

NT5 [Nightlies] are almost ready for release.
Check back within the next month or so for the start of NT6 [Nightlies].

If there is a specific driver you would like included, please start a new Topic in the relevant Vista/7 thread with [REQ] at the start of the title.  Link to the download page for the driver, as we only use OEM sources (station-drivers, as nice as they are, are not OEM sources, BTW).

Note on at least one machine here, when i hibernate a windows installation, the network is unavailable until i properly shut down the Windows installation.  Probably not your issue though.

"you need to supply valid licenses to the UDA for the commercial OS's in that list. "
     quoted from:  http://www.ultimatedeployment.org/ossupport.html

Probably not your issue either, yet thought it needed mentioning just in case.

Perhaps the latest BIOS/uEFI for that unit would contain a newer PXE ROM.  Beware that a bad flash or power outage can brick it though, so know what you are doing if you decide to do so (which you probably do, yet it need be said for every reader's sake).

If at first you don't succeed, try the [Nightlies].   Here & here.     smile
Two years of updates might make a difference.

What is your LAN's HWID, by the way?

Updated Realtek PCIe driver from May 31 release & added USB FE LAN driver.  Also included an old SMSC network driver.     big_smile

DP_LAN_wnt5_x86-32_1406041.7z - 11.13 MB   20220260BDC69D8B6EA76AC7A31A493CCFD96561

edit:  link removed - updated near topic end

added "[REQ]" to the title.
Note this and other SMSC drivers are included in the NT5 [Nightly] packs and will be included or updated in upcoming NT6 [Nightly] packs.

Thank you for linking to the download page @ Microchip Technologies (formerly Arizona Microchip Technologies).
No wonder i couldn't find those drivers on SMSC's web page!  Microchip appears to have that IP now.  I wonder when they acquired that.

Actually, yes; that will be helpful when i start collecting [REQ]uests.
That way it is difficult to miss requests.
Thank you, cheche.

Thank you for joining the forum, oligri!     smile

Have updated your topic to indicate that this is a driver request.
These drivers will be included in the nt5 packs first.

I see a "Graphics C" in there.  Is he using NT5 DriverPacks on NT6?
