@dumpydooby, have you tried the latest nightly dpms?  I squashed a few more bugs and it's almost ready for primetime.  Ping me if you don't have access and I'll forward the link to you.

Whenever posting bug reports, we need the HWID list and the list of DriverPacks used.  Whenever possible, the DPsFnshr.log also.

Alright!  That's what I like to hear. smile
That's two big issues ironed out, one step closer to a newer final release!

Somewhere between 80-90% complete if I had to guess.  There will always be a few missing items out there.
If you come across a missing driver, please report it so we can get it added in.

Excellent! Stickied!
I love how you did your screenshots in Ubuntu, then switched the widgets from the right to left then back to right. wink  (I use Mint myself)

Awesome news.  Now I know what to fix.
See, this is how stuff gets fixed.  We don't know there's a problem unless someone reports it AND helps test the fixes.
You just made the DriverPacks BETTER!  Well done! smile

Hmmm, OK,  I'll take a look.  I'm sure there was a reason I skipped that update.
I just can't remember.

Yes, we know.  I fixed this exact same problem in the latest dpms test pack.
If you could, please test any of the test DriverPacks in this post.

I know it's frustrating, but you're providing valuable testing info, and your posts ARE making a difference.

Tell me, why are not updated drivers Intel Graphics Media Accelerator up to version 14.36.5.5016 for 963/965 chipset-based Intel Desktop Boards.
They have any problems?

Because those are old drivers (2008) and we use the new drivers from 2010. wink

Once AHCI was activated, what is the HWID?  The HWIDs change depending on what mode you're in.

Hmmm, OK. Something else then...
I'm uploading another test pack, but until then does the older dpms 901 work?

Working on a hunch, can you edit the dpms 1009 .ini for the following section?
; This section has to be placed before [I4]
[T]
ms_count=2
ms_1_deviceName="TOSHIBA RAID (WXP/W2K3)"

change to:

; This section has to be placed before [I4]
[T]
ms_count=0
ms_1_deviceName="TOSHIBA RAID (WXP/W2K3)"

Then repack and retest.

Moving thread to Mass Storage forum...

I'm glad it worked for you.  Marking as "solved".

PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803B&SUBSYS_30AD103C

Well that's an original one! sad  It's not supported in the DriverPacks.
What motherboard & version # is this a part of?

OK, on SOME Nvidia graphics chips, you'll receive an error at the install countdown T-33 that states:

Failed to install one of the core component which may affect driver functionality.
the most recent driver that worked will now be restored.

The only button on that error is "OK".  If you leave it alone, everything works fine.  If you click the "OK" button, the Nvidia drivers are corrupted.

The HWID tool is linked in my signature.

Possibly the paid service would have the username/password of the DriverPacks forums linked in the app to prevent pirating.  IE, the app would be a free download for all but to enable the 'Pro' features you'd have to use your username/password from the forums and that would be verified online (with IP comparison to prevent duplication from different IP domains.)

Just a quick question: Why aren't you using the latest dpms 1009?
Also, post your HWID list.
Don't use the Third Party DriverPacks for Printers or Scanners.  They are VERY old.

Yes, that's why I said "don't click the button".  If you leave it alone, XP setup will continue just fine and after reboot the drivers are all loaded correctly.
Nvidia 260-series drivers shouldn't have this problem (at least the beta works fine).
