presetup.cmd is deleted and then generated / created, it is not edited. your problem lies elsewhere.
Lets see your log please.
The only way presetup.cmd could be appended is if the OEM folder and and txtsetup.org files were deleted manually.
If this were the case then your source folders would be corrupted and not valid for reuse anyway.
if we don't have the HWID and the Hardware to test a pack against it is not likely to be resolved correctly.
Guessing doesn't help you or us. We will ba glad to help if you can gain access the this or similar system again.
it could be as simple as adding a /s to the call of the offending exe. We can't be sure without your help / input.
Thank you.
Being here makes you part of the team and we are grateful!
Thanks for letting us know that you were able to get the file...
the yourserver.name is not a typo.

Have a great day.

Test packs and nightlies are the same thing
Base ersion 7.52 does not include suport for SP3 (as it was not out at the time that was released).
the version of base that supports sp3 is here http://dev.driverpacks.thesneaky.com/dr … 0417RC.exe
to be clear use Nlite to add sp3 and to automate your install. then add DriverPacks
then return to nlite and create your ISO (but dont make any more changes to the files or setup - go straight to create ISO) .
Let us know if youcan reproduce this failure - thanks for reporting
You have helped others as well as yourself...
Can you hit us with the HWID of the offending camera sir!
No one else is haveing your issue... we got over 40 hits on that file while we checked on it this morning
Clear your internet files cache
all your links above work for me - right now in IE
Since we could clearly see that the links were not broken we were concentrating on the only issue that remained.
Sorry for not Stateing the obvious if the links were broken (again [sigh]
) we would have MANY more posts too.
We just assumed since everyone else was working agian so were you.
I'm Sorry, My bad... will you please check the links now and report back
Sorry about that it was buried and dificult to find (i had trouble) so...
I was bad
- and i will probably forget to clean up my mess too...
Thanks jaak You da man!
Jaak is correct please use the search feature
There is a thousand posts for Silly Cone H3LL -
They have issues with thier HWIDS to INF matching in PNP.
they tend to take the first found driver vs the best one.
The fixes for this are WELL documented.
let's keep the Leaky drivers in a test pack till we get some good feedback...
Did you use nlite on your files before you used driverpacks?
DriverPacks must always be the last step in your process of making your disk / ISO.
is the file in the I386 folder ("I386\si3112r.sy_") - can you open it with 7zip or winrar?
try the newer version of base i posted on the home page -
that won't hurt, and there's a very small chance it may help
"Now we are cooking with Grease!"
Excellent, good work...
remember - nLite before DriverPacks.
it sounds like a bad cd/dvd...
clearly it is not a site issue...
Bâshrat the Sneaky adjusted the links again please test
Link deleted....
I rememberd to clean up myu messs ;P
he is not asking you to integrate it with nlite
he asked you to use the f6 floppy method. no nlite no driverpacks
the driverpacks are meant to be added to your windows installation media with DPs_Base.
That is what you should do with the packs - link to the tutorial in my sig.
if you use the HWID tool in my signature it will tell you which hardware you have
you could then search the infs in the packs for matching IDs. I don't recomend this.
you could also use the dpinst tool included in base.
or you could use this method http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=2264
or this one http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic. … 03&p=1
This forum is not a help desk it is assumed that you are an advanced user / technician if you are posting here.
We do try to help those who attempt to help themselves.
IF you need help with basics please see the forum i refered you to above. (it is assumed you are familiar with the contents)
last released version or last test version?
Please indicate the base version and graphics pack version. Or post your DPs_BASE.log
IE was it base 7.52 or base 8.04.x and which pack version (saying "the latest" is ambiguous - don't do that)
the OEM driver on a floppy (F6) without driverpacks boots to windows?
you are both confirming ?
