Maybe somebody with a "Intel(R) Sunrise Point-H SATA AHCI Controller - A103" is willing to give it a try?
I pulled the HWID from the PCI ID Project pci.ids (2014.12.10) http://pci-ids.ucw.cz/Also, a new driver (..\I\dps_IDER_pciide.inf) has been improvised to ensure Intel IDE-R connected drives have Write Caching disabled. Complimentary drivers have been made to utilize IntelIDE for the regular SATA Controllers, where support doesn't exist from Intel.
For PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_880B&CC_0106, it would appear the Lapis Semiconductor driver that was handling that HWID cannot seem to function on XP, as it was released. iaStor.sys is now used instead for XP.]
