What is your indication that it was not? (did you install the driver manually before you ran the HWIDs tool?)
This is odd... I have a an exclamation in device manger on the smart card adapter and the HWID was run BEFORE I updated the driver

I am running all my installs now with a 2 step process 1st for all main packs and 2nd for all the 3rd party packs
I decided to redo the entire install so I just finished and got the same results. I also decided to open a MediaFire account and upload all the logs, screenshots etc that may be of use to you for this D400 install. If this is not the way you would like me to do this please let me know and I will follow you're lead... just trying to help as much as possible
