Yes the CPU dp is old - are you aware of any missing drivers ?

The AMD driver in the pack is from 2006, while the latest on the site is 9/2007
The dual core optimizer is from 8/2008, so it doesn't appear it's not necessary/useful
However, the optimizer is not so much a driver as it is a tool, so I don't know if it's even possible to integrate it.

The only thing the Dual Core Optimizer does, is editing an entry in either the Registry or the Boot.INI (or both, can't remember, as I never was affected).
This has, AFAIK, been fixed in SP3 anyhow, so it's not only not a driver but really no longer necessary (and its use could even cause issues).

The default OS does support Dual-Core.
