Here is hard-to-find Silan SC92031 PCI Fast Ethernet drivers recovered from an crashed xp.
Maybe anyone need it, or maybe driverpack-ers consider to include into future DP_LAN's.

Right now I do not have access to this network card.
It is inside one of my "clients" computer.
When it come back to service, I will test it.
