Topic: Catalyst COntrol Center (Panel)

Hi All
Thanks for a great job with the driver packs,
but would it be possible to install the ati drivers without the CCC, (Catalyst Control Center AND the Catalyst Control Panel) !!
I would like to use atitray tools and have no need for either of the control centers and i have had problems lateley with some weird (out of memory errors) when using the c control panel
and the control center is just so HUGE !! and bloated
if its possible to edit anything anywhere to remove the demons from my install

Thank You smile

yes you can delte the ati tag file in the OEM folder.

Re: Catalyst COntrol Center (Panel)

Yes, just delete the ATICCC.ins or ATICCP.ins file from the OEM folder (as Overflow mentioned).
Your other option (if you wish), is to replace the ATICCC.exe (or ATICCP.exe) in the file named DPGA7**.7z (in D\G\A\1\ directory) with your own control panel choice (ATI Tray Tools is a good choice), but make sure it's named exactly "ATICCC.exe" and is built into a switchless installer.
Easy. smile
