Topic: Integrate drivers to boot.wim in a Windows 7 x86/x64 AIO

Is it possible to integrate mass storage and chipset drivers to boot.wim in an already done Windows 7 AIO that has both x86 and x64 architectures?

I'm not sure, I think you would run into driver conflicts.

DISM is very resilient when it comes to drivers.
Try it, the worst you could do is waste your time.

So I could infer from your comments is better to inject drivers in both architectures separately and make the AIO at the end, right?

it is possible to remove the existing drivers (non native drivers previously added by dism)

you could then add all new drivers... and have no conflicts.

it is also possible to pick and choose ... but this sounds tedious.

check the docs tab on the / our home page... i posted some notes a while back that help with adding / deleting drivers
