PCI\VEN_13F6&DEV_0111 = CMI8338/C3DX PCI Audio Device (VENdor = C-Media Electronics Inc)
This is the device you believe you disabled. Disabling a device in BIOS usually will not actually disable it or have any effect at all on XP's PnP discovery. XP will still find it and insist on you providing a driver for it... You may disable it in windows if you like although this is not necessary or important, simply make sure the SoundBlaster is the "primary" device.
You did not include which versions of the sound packs you used... I will just guess both the official releases were used.
Both the specific HWID PCI\VEN_13F6&DEV_0111&SUBSYS_011113F6 an the generic PCI\VEN_13F6&DEV_0111 are included in DP_Sound_B_wnt5_x86-32_805\D\S\C2 I also notice that there is a Control Panel included in C2 But no finisher entry in the packs INI that corresponds to it. Perhaps running the CMICONTROL.exe will help / fix that issue.
PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0007 = Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi

Your SoundBlaster is not listed??? Nor is it listed in the SetupAPI.log.
you can't install a driver for a device that technically does not exist.
This most likely indicates that you have a resource conflict.
IE another device is stomping on it and the OS and the MB do not see it at all.
Sometimes this can be fixed by moving the card to another slot in the MB.
Many times Interrupts and other resources are physically tied to the slots, especially with Intel MBs.
Try moving the SoundBlaster to another slot on the MB.
Short version... You can't install drivers for a device that is not listed by the HWIDs tool.
- Either the Card is dead or it is invisible due to a hardware conflict.
- Either way you must resolve the hardware issue first... Once that is done you may find that there is no issue at all .
