Jake i am sure 3c905 series are native xp drivers
that series has been supported by every MS OS since like windows 98 (maybe even 95)
the HWID PCI\VEN_10b7&DEV_9200&SUBSYS_100010B7
is an identical match for the HWID contained in the native XP driver inf file NETEL90B.IN_ in the XP I386 folder
The OP must have removed the included drivers with nLite or equivilent...
jojo we do not replace the existing drivers
in some cases we do update them but not all of them.
The DriverPacks depend on the fact that native drivers are not being removed.

3com is included in XP - this driver is directly supported by XP -
it does not need to be added to the packs because it is already included with windows XP .
if you doubt me try an install with an unaltered OEM XP CD. I am sure you will find it is natively supported.

the native driver IS the original driver by 3com - where do you think MS got it from... 
Since the windows drivers work and are already integrated there is no need for them to be redundantly included in the DriverPacks.
(this also reduces the size of our packs)
the driverpacks are a supplement to the included drivers not replacement for them.
that is the way the DriverPacks were designed and the way they are intended to be used.
This is normaly not an issue becuse most of these drivers are for support of legacy hardware.
IE most of the included drivers have not been updated in years and probably never will be again.
We have a saying where I'm from "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"... 
you can remove the native drivers if you wish, but you will also be giving up support of the hardware that they cover.
(like the 3c905 series NIC)
