ok i need to install my promise controller with the xp drivers. the audigy 2 zs, my fritz dsl box and my hauppauge tv card cause the win update driver dont install a dll that is needed from wintv 2000. so it will be nice to see the support.

autoupate dont work. dont get the following message if i try to update to 6.08.1 from the 6.08:

download it manual the new base and there i cannot select my location if i use the german language file. english work here. but dont translate disk with scheibe. i think "verzeichnis" is much better!

i am using a win xp with sp2 to slipstream the drivers into. after the installation i have to install all ms patches after the sp2.
now i plan to slipstream all patches after the sp2 at first and than the driverspack. work this fine or is very any problem?

after my installation yesterday i have got this:
cli.exe
the application failed initialzie properly (0xc0000135), click on ok to terminate the application
this is ok because i dont slipstream the netframework. after installing this it worked fine the second is why these files are in my c:\ folder:

and the third is that windows takes the microsoft driver for my promise controller and thats not good. the right one is older but can see hdds greater than 120 gb. ms driver dont do this i need this one (1_Ultra 133_100 tx2 driver_b42). here my hardware:
