elbrute, yes, if floppy disk will inserted in drive during windows setup.

sabre, it is a same situation.

I suppose, it is necessary to make empty inf-file with HWID PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6101&SUBSYS_610111AB, which will load common atapi.sys. Who can make it?

muiz3

Imho it is chipset driver.
An old DP chipset has "Fujitsu ACPI Devices", in path - D\C\F. It's HWIDS "ACPI" also.
IMHO all acpi devices goes in DP chipset.

proximous

Maybe, driver not installed because it has subsys from Dell (SUBSYS_019B1028), and Windows think what it incorrect.

Asus P4S800-MX has SoundMax AD1988 Codec, not HDA. It has HWID of both Realtek and SoundMax. So, BSOD Will be always irrespective of correct drivers or not.

For example:
pci\ven_1039&dev_7012&subsys_810D1043 - that is HWID for SoundMax, smwdmSIS.inf file.
pci\ven_1039&dev_7012&subsys_810D1043 - that is HWID for Realtek, alcwdm12.inf and alcxau12.inf files.

New DP not support Radeon 9000 and others, supported in Catalyst 6.5.

muiz3
readme.rtf says about empty.inf file. But there is readme.rtf in msi only. I will try extract inf file.

In your old DP ATK0110, not ATK0100.

[offtopic]
Muiz, I would be happy to join in Driverpack Team, but my English so awful! Is it so big problem?[/offtopic]

Loaded RAID Driver. But driver NOT needed! Without DP Windows loaded standard IDE driver, and all OK.

Marvell RAID 614x SATA2 Controller HWID is: PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6101&CC_0104
Marvell 88SE6101 on Intel DP965LT HWID is:  PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6101&CC_0101

Problem: load wrong driver and bsod before partition select.
