Yes I know that it's presetup.cmd that is launched at first reboot. Thanks anyway.

well i took SATA as example as i could take graphics driverpacks as example wink
If nobody wants to do this feature request, maybe I'll try to do it. Which language could I use for this? I usually code in C#/Java, I know code in C too but never made GUI in C.

If I don't want to install included graphics driverpacks, I can't.
If there's a BSOD because of SATA drivers, I have to find another machine to burn the CD without SATA driverpacks. Of course, I will notify the bug to the team, but I won't be able to install windows directly, I'll have to burn a new version of my XP CD : and for this, I need an avalaible computer.

I would really appreciate this feature. Sometimes I don't want to install graphic driver because my CD is old and I want to install latest drivers. Or, I don't want to to include WLAN/SATA drivers because the computer where I'm installing windows doesn't have WLAN neither SATA.

I thought I could develop it in C#, but it requires .NET and it's not possible to get .NET installed at first reboot. And I don't know how to code a graphical user interface using classic Win32 API. sad

Hi,

I'm the happy owner of an Asus eeePC 4G 701. By the way, it's a slow machine, so i'm wondering if it wouldn't be better to make a speciel driverpacks just for it, to minimize uncompressing time.

What do you think about that ?

Hi,

Your DriverPacks seems really interesting! How can we use it ?

Cheers,
Kal

I fixed the problem by replacing files in \D\G\N\1 with 7.05.2 files. It's not a solution, just a hack waiting for new version smile

Ok, thank you for your work smile

Hello mr_smartepants,

I have a bug that had been introduced with the last version of Graphics_A. My install freezes at T-34. Here is a post where i describe the problem :
http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=1690

Do you know how can we solve the problem ? Do you need extra info ?
Kal

EDIT : Here is the hwid niformation of my graphic card :
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0167&SUBSYS_81C9104D&REV_A1\4&266C3FA7&0&0008: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6200

I've just tried with DriverPacks Graphics A 7.04 and it's ok! So I guess the problem come from the update from 93.71 to 94.24 in N\1, introduced in the last version (7.06).

Any idea to solve the problem ?

Hello,

I have a problem when i use DriverPack Graphics A. After extracting DriverPacks at first reboot, the installation freezes at T-34. It just freezes on my laptop, not on my desktop computer. My laptop's graphic card is a Nvidia GeForce Go 6200. The latest DriverPacks Graphics A version I used is 7.01 and it was working well. Actually, i'm using the latest version : 7.06.
According to the changelog, nvidia drivers has been modified in 7.04 version so i would like to test this one. Maybe the bug has been introduced in this release. Is there anybody who still has them on its computer ?

HWID of my graphic card :
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0167&SUBSYS_81C9104D&REV_A1\4&266C3FA7&0&0008: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6200

Thank you,
Kal

Hello,

I'm trying to make my Multiboot DVD according to this guide : http://flyakite.msfn.org/. So, here is the structure of my DVD :

C:\DVD-AIO

\BOOT
\OEM
\PRO1
\PRO2
\SETUP
\SETUP\NO_DRIVERS
\SETUP\SATA
\WPI

\SETUP\NO_DRIVERS contains an unattended XP version without any driverpacks.
\SETUP\SATA contains an unattended XP version with all driverpacks included (masstorage textmode too).

By the way, when i choose to install the version with drivers & sata masstora textmode, it fails with this error :

http://pix.nofrag.com/37/51/a45d335e0d94f64709743db63465t.jpg

I think that's because the loading of masstore textmode drivers is in \PRO2 which contains masstore driver from an original windows XP. Any idea ?

Thank you in advance wink
Kal

Same problem here.

Can be solved by checking box :
DriverPack MassStorage text mode

Is it sensed to be able to check this box without checking "DriverPack MassStorage 7.01.1" ?
