How do the DP's decide what driver to use ? Currently you have several different SoundMAX drivers in pack B. From the information on the ASUS site, I would need 5.10.01.4580 but in the details it only mentions Asus Striker Extreme as supported mobo (on DP's website) ?

SoundMAX ASUS (HDA)
Motherboards:
Asus Striker Extreme     09/08/2006, 5.10.01.4580     no     SM\A\D

I have a P5B Deluxe WiFi.

Thanks for any reaction.

Next version as in 7.02 or 7.01.1 ?.
I suppose 7.02 isn't that far of anymore, but a 7.01.1 update would be great(er ! :-)).

Thx.

ps. sorry for the double post, I noticed this thread to late.

Was this added in DP MS 7.01 ? I added a new topic on this, sorry about the spamming :-).

In the supported devices and changelog information I can't find what I'm looking for.
Currently there's v6.2.1.1002 on Intel's site. The only ref I can find is 6.1.0.1002 in supported devices, but that's  an *old* version.

Anyone knows ?

Thanks.

Since I started using the DP's now I might be able to help a bit here.
I'll add my part to solve this problem once I'm back home tonight from work.

ps. done - hopefully it's enough to get you ppl going...

@midiboy: this has been reported already, but I haven't got the slightest clue on what could cause this. Check this new feature in the next development version of the DriverPacks BASE however: http://bugtracker.driverpacks.net/view.php?id=308. This is already working and muiz & ruudboek are working very hard on getting the Silicon Image problem (with the 3112r and apparently also the 3132) solved, so a new MassStorage DriverPack will be there very soon, which will immediately solve this weird bug as well.

If you need more testing on this, I would love to help out.  I'm awaiting the new DP MS (and thus new DP BASE) with little patience ;-).

Some other news (related to DP MS) : new version Intel Matrix Storage Manager 6.2.1.1002 (in case you didn't know yet). Ingore if not important :-).

Well take your time as I just installed Windows XP (with RyanVM and current Driverpacks) on a P5B Deluxe WiFi board succesfully.

Config is a RAID0 and a RAID1 mixed setup.

Thx for all the work. Keep it going I would say !

Cheers !

Any idea when the other 2 packs (especially Storage) will be updated ? I'm getting a new PC somewhere next week with a P5B Deluxe mobo and from the forum I've been reading, the update should contain fixes for this mobo.

Thx.

ps. anyway to obtain the "beta" or nightly build of these packs ?
