As I'm personally interested in an update of this pack; can anyone tell me how to do this?

From the current version I can assume that the following simple steps suffice for updating this one:

1) download 310.70 for x64 from nvidia.com
2) unzip using WinRAR
3) copy these files into the driverpack structure
4) zip it up

Right? smile

(*) similar steps for ATI, although that one looks tougher wink

Hello,

I stumbled on the following,

Anyone experience with this?

EDIT: excuse me for this post, I found some threads on the forum about this >> ignore my post

I just (yesterday) ordered Windows 7 Professional E from Amanzon.co.uk for less then £100 ... I couldn't resist smile.
Seems the action is already over. Back to +£100,00 for pre-orders ... Home Premium can still be gotten for the special price (£74.97).

Take not that those E versions are full retail and contain both 32 & 64 bit.

++++++++++++++1 from me big_smile

Maybe try to match the blue from the icon a bit more (less dark).

Red text is not what we want right? smile
Looking at the logo and the context of computers I would opt for blue/gray?

Also the font used for the 'Slogan goes here' part is pretty nice (better then the all caps font).

Just my 2c.

Welcome to the testing team.... problem solved wink

VirtualBox v2.1.0 is there ... not sure if these drivers have been updated.

I also have a problem with the virtual LAN interface in VirtuaBox. Is this due to this pack or the LAN pack?

Details here,

You are using Nightly packs... this is normal and expected.

Overflow, the masstorage is 9.01 and this is not a nightly, right?
I got this from the front dp website, not from the nightlies site.

2009-01-08 23:23:29 : <INIT> Detected DriverPack Chipset 812n1!
2009-01-08 23:23:29 : <INIT> Detected DriverPack Graphics A 8121!

2009-01-08 23:23:29 : <INIT> Detected DriverPack WLAN 806!

Chipset & Sound B are nightlies indeed.

Something else, how come I can't start a new topic in "Testing Team"? smile

And the DP's worked fine expect for a LAN card, I reported that in mentioned thread.

So please be patience.

Indeed. And the content of each pack would be nice to have also on the forum. That way you know what you download.
I assume they are VERY similar in content as the XP DP's, right? smile

Merry X-mas and happy new year.

Indeed. I'm Flemish myself, but I use a UK Windows version, I prefer English software (don't ask me why smile).

I tried to create a bugtracker account, but I can't seem to 'see' the code it is requesting.
I tried with FF and IE as browser. No go.

Will try again later from home.

EDIT: I noticed there is no Dutch pack for DP_Base? Or am I wrong?

Looks good. Sorry for the delay of this feedback.
And thanks again for making this happen.

I will try to add the "newer" drivers and give an update again ASAP (no commitments).

Thank you big_smile.
I was trying to get there myself.

I will test ASAP.
Can't say just when, but I hope to have this done by end this week (Sunday).

One side note, I'm currently using this driver,

Version   R1.11
Released on   11-01-2008
http://software.canon-europe.com/files/ … 111_EN.exe

From your change log, this one looks newer? Maybe I'm just wrong.

R,

I can only agree with you, and maybe I should have phrased my sentence differently, I don't think (at least complain/insult) where part of my request.

In the mean time I do have a question. The Canon Laser Pack has 4 directories, L1 up to L4. Why is that? I found/used a tool (DriverGrabber) to extract all "necessary" driver files from my system to add them to a pack (if that's the way to go), but why are there 4 different directories? For each driver (which can support multiple printers) a different directory?

Thanks for your time and support.

So aggressive. I have no intention to tell anyone what to do here.
I was just asking. As you can see, I have supported this work in the way I can (as a donor) - so I assumed I could at least ask. Sorry for ruining your weekend.

Having said that, I will have a look at the tutorial.

R.

Thanks for this.

Anyone has time and the knowhow to update this pack as I just bought a LBP-5000 (second hand) and I would like to have my drivers integrated on my next image smile.

R.

Thanks for the download links.
What I meant with my question, is what devices are supported by this packs?

R.

Hello,

I'm interested in the Canon LaserJet pack. Can I know what's in there? I tried the link to the other forum post, but it seems dead.
Anyone?

Thanks!

Good one big_smile.
