the eleventh pack is the third party driverpacks...
NOT a good one... just two noobs learning the ropes...
3rd party DriverPack include optional items like printers - modems - monitors - phones - tv - cardreaders or one of you own design.

Yep, seems like you're right.
Then maybe it would make sense if there was something written on the main page about 3rd party driverpacks. For example, I spent a couple of minutes figuring out what driverpack I have missed to download.
About 3rd party driverpacks - when I read the respective forum I have thought that maybe it was 3rd party DP which was 11th, but that was just my thoughts.

There are more than one 3rd party packs main team had a hand in.
I noticed when it changed from 8 to 11, but missed that 11 was ten.
The answer was 42?

Yeah, I think a direct link to the 3rd party DriverPack forum from the main page would be a good idea, preferably in the list of DriverPacks.
Firstly, they are only semi-unofficial, since, as Jaak has already pointed out, I think every member of the Team contributed to one pack or another.
And secondly, they cover a lot of also important stuff that the official ones don't so you may be missing out a lot if you do not use them because you don't know about them.

Maybe it used to be the place where I had previously downloaded DP_Monitor_wnt5_x86-32_07.1.11.7z and now that driver pack is missing, for whatever reason?

Huh?
WHERE did you dl it from?
It's probabaly not missing, just got updated so the version number changed and hence the file name.
Obviously, you will get a 404 on the old one, then...
Check the 3rd party DriverPack forum, there's stickies up there to explain it all...

It's counting dynamically, but for some mysterious reason I let it count the BASE too 
That's number 11 Fixed now!
