I´ve been trying to make an unattended setup. During the past 14 days i´ve been lookin for information related to the VIA VT8237 chipset (where my sata disc is atached) and i´m not even close from lucky. The error consists in my hd is not detected by the setup. I´ve tried the same dvd on different computers and i´ve only succeded in 1 or 2. Does anybody have any suggestions?, need me to send further info?. TNX in advance.

Re: VIA VT8237 issue on text mode... HELP!!!!

this is gettin weird and weird, yesterday i´ve compiled a new unattended dvd and (just to check out if it could see my hd) and the result was a disaster, IT COMPLETELY DESTROY THE C: DRIVE FILE SYSTEM!!!. I had to use the recovery XP disc and forunately it worked out. I´ll keep on researching, if i can find something i tell u.
