No more error when I use RunOnceEx instead of GuiRunOnce !

I found this is because RunOnceEx not even added to winnt.sif file! DpsFnshr.exe is not executed in this case at all.

I think this is another bug.

Here is example of winnt.sif file after using RunOnceEx option:
