Topic: Need Help With DV7-6154nr XP Sound Driver with Chip # 92hd80b1x5

I have located a driver they say is for this chip but I get a message "Service can not start"

I just fully updated windows and the driver from Microsoft started but no sound.

Any suggestions?   Thank you in advance.
