Don't Panic! Obama's getting ready to put America to work (whether she likes it or not).
Hold onto your hats guys; this could get rough. http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php? … ;aid=29835
Things must be bad in the M.E. Well, that & the estimated 200-Tonne mini-'China Syndrome' in Fukushima, working it's way out of the concrete (hopefully) encasing it. Then there's the plea by 'Veterans Today' to evacuate Servicemen from Tokyo. If i had my way, i'd invite Japan to stay here in Canada for a couple of decades or so! Domo Arigato, gozaimashita!

“Smile, and the radiation won’t hurt you.”
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesium-137 ... has a 30-year half-life.
Unlike the radioactive Iodine (8-day HL), it won't be gone in my lifetime!

In San Fransisco, Radioactive Cesium has been measured in Dairy milk at about 150% maximum internal dosage recommended by the EPA (UCalBerkeley). http://enenews.com/highest-level-radioa … imit-chart
Mind you, they raised (at least) the external limits shortly after the crisis started.

"Many of these increases are allowed in products such as infant formula and baby foods.
It should be noted that the new EU changes only apply to food imported from Japan."
Note that some scientists conclude that there may not be a safe limit for internal ingestion of radionuclides. * this is 'above'

Radiation.org has estimated that anywhere from 14000 to 22000 Americans may have already perished from the Daichi Disaster within the first 14 weeks.
Studies conducted by India's scientific community utilizing their experience with Canadian Heavy-Water 'Candu' Reactors (& the beta-decaying Tritium released) has convinced India's government to estimate exposure & risk on a linear scale. http://www.friendsofbruce.ca/Print%20Pr … Survey.pdf Increased infant mortality & deformities (double-digits, etc) were noted.
Here is a small study from the U.S. that shows a significant infant-mortality drop after closing various reactors.

One thing these studies all seem to agree upon is that the youngest of our world population is most at risk. Don't leave Vigilance (eternally the price of Freedom) to our 'Dearest Leaders'. They need help, serious help! They have no real concrete plan should another 7.0 or greater quake befall Japan! (What are the odds of that?)
Look at these short-sighted, grossly-overpaid 'glorified chair-warmers' (IMO); they gave up testing long before SanFran's Cesium levels spiked in August (to-date)! http://www.inspection.gc.ca/english/fss … este.shtml I want to go down there & drag a camera-crew in tow, dammit! First rule of Public Service; if you don't care about people GTFO! Cue "the Donald".

"Yes, there was an import alert announced in the U.S. starting in March, 2011 regarding the importation of all milk and milk products and fresh vegetables and fruits which were either produced or manufactured in any of the four Japanese prefectures of Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi and Gunma. Progressively, this alert was revised during 2011 as these food products were found to be safe." * see above"Overall, there have been no major warning flags on any of the Japanese food products that are being imported into the U.S. At least, according to the FDA.
The Canadian CFIA and nations elsewhere have taken action similar to the FDA to make sure that no food or animal feed with high radiation levels enters the country".
Somebody forgot to consult their respective Meteorological & Oceanography departments (it's already here - imported from Japan via wind & wave)!
Prevention. I wish that i had definitive answers (verifiably correct one's that is - seek professional advice).
Oh, yeah; & Don't Panic! The truth will help set you free.
