  - Beta Install By HWIDs tool, addon for SAD (llewxam)- in testing
      opens the possibility for creating per machine packs...
      I believe that per machine packs was originally RogueSpears idea.
  - Add GUI for Driver selection menu
  - Replace dp install tool.
      Combine install by HWIDs tool and dp_inst_tool into
      a single classier and proper EXE with an optional pack selection GUI for attended install.

- Add menu to GUI for selecting individual 3rd party DriverPack.

- Add menu to GUI for selecting individual mass storage drivers.

- Add "Reset defaults" and "copy DPs_BASE.log to Source" features (BigBrit)

- fix known PnP errors related to missing reg entries RE: Debugger, Galapo and cdob
