-A certain revision of the D-Link DWL-120+ device is not installed
-The Belkin F5D7011 is instaled as a Dell device: the wrong driver is used

Maybe the INTEL 2200/2951/3945(A)BG-drivers still are in  Version 10.1.1.3 ?
Or there is a bug in the changelog ? :-#

Huh?

The current (at least last time I checked...) version is 10.1.5.59, which correlates with the version included in the DP.

Or did you end up getting 10.1.1.3 installed somehow?

Well, when i download the DP_WLAN_wnt5_x86-32_608.7z and jump into the \D\W\I\5 subfolder (as described in the changelog -> history: - Intel 2200BG; 2915ABG, 3945ABG driver from 04/04/2006,10.1.1.3 [10.1.1.3] to 07/26/2006,10.5.1.59 [10.1.5.59]) the coresponding files (w39n50.sys, w39n51.cat, w39n51.inf, w39n51.sys) are timestamped at 15-08-2006 and have the Version 10.1.1.3.

Maybe should i look in another folder ?

Ok, then apparently Bâshrat the Sneaky forgot to update the files somehow smile

You can easily find out which folder to look into by going to this page:

Apparently, there's no driver version given ATM for the devices in question...

I'm about to reinstallmy notebook and also rely on this driver wink


In the meantime, I think you can just exchange the files with the newer ones, then repack the WLAN DP.

i downloaded the WLAN compressed file from your website but on uncompressing i encountered with several CRC errors. kindly help.

Just download it again. It probably got corrupted during the download.
