How do I create a Universal Drivers DVD from Driverpack files (not integrated or slipstreamed)?

Can Windows Hardware Update Wizard detect the contents of extracted Driverpack files?

Are the extracted contents of Driverpack zip files recognized by the Windows Update Wizard?
