Topic: STOP : oxoooooo7b when downgrading to xp

I have a HP G62 with w7. need to downgrade to xp pro so I can run a virtual PC which is specific to a course I am doing.
I receive stop code 0x0000007b (0xf78de524, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Virtual PC also runs very fine under Win7.
If you own Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise, you can even use it for XP Mode, a special VM of XP of which programmes will integrate seamlessly into 7.

You should give that a try first, IMO.
You can even connect legacy USB HW for which no 7 drivers are available.
