I'm fixing it based on the entries of an untouched XP-pro txtsetup.sif
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0001" = symc810
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0002" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0003" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0004" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0005" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0006" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_000C" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_000D" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_000F" = symc8xx
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0012" = sym_hi
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_000A" = sym_hi
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_000B" = sym_hi
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_0012&SUBSYS_001b0e11" = sym_hi
"PCI\VEN_1000&DEV_000b&SUBSYS_60040e11" = sym_hi
Thanks a lot mr_smartepants
"CPQ32FS2.sys" is renamed to symc8xx (over writing it)
symc810 and sym_hi are removed completely
Can you adjust BASE BartPE part too?
Add
[DelLine]
"txtsetup.sif", "SCSI.Load", "symc810"
"txtsetup.sif", "SCSI.Load", "sym_hi"
Thanks CDOB.
Now that you have told me how I will.
Once again you have saved me a mountain of grief trying to figure out how to pull that off in BartPE....
Without you and Hilander... these plugins would still not be done!
I'll get that in the next release... which will be soon.
Jeff
Noting that in Win2k, setuperr.log always lists the following errors:

I know it is just Win2k, yet it is on my "NT5 Bucket List".

quick easy...
skip them for 2k
Putting this "on the shelf" until i have access to a system that supports Win2k.
It is listed in "Known Issues", that is enough for now.
