I don't see the  Hp Pavilion dm1-2070la listed anywhere on the HP website. 
Just use the system restore disc that came with your (new?) system.

A very close alternative is in DriverPack Sound B \D\S\I12\STHDA.INF  (HWID is only two digits off.)

The driver need not find it for windows XP and the notebook well with Windows 7 orignal starter

And try to DriverPack Sound B \ D \ S \ I12 \ STHDA.INF everything is installed properly does not give any error but does not work echo the application detects when I plug the headphones to the audio input jack on the notebook but not hear any applications say the driver does not work.

Also when I try to open the application of IDT in some sections are more reading errors of memory.

The audio device does this good since I have installed the windows 7 and windows xp on separate partitions, just because the audio driver does not work this is to really become a problem.

Try this one.  I didn't see sp48465.exe in your list.  It has a WinXP folder in the installer.  This was the "older version" in the link you provided.

Add it to the list of drivers  that do not fit.
I tried direct install setup and forced or manual in the latter shows me an error code (28).

Well it looks like your notebook only supports Win7.  HP may be your only hope now.

Driver itself does work, but at false configuration.

A idea:
Not tested, no relating hardware.

Edit sthda.INI, add your HardwareID.
Some entries match "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7605&SUBSYS_103C14"
Try this one first.

Example

[Models]
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7605&SUBSYS_103C1404=92XXM7-3.INI
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7605&SUBSYS_103C148B=92XXM7-3.INI

92XXM7-3.INI is one eample. Try all *.ini files step for step.
And read all *.ini files. Some contain HardwareID too.

Astonishing, IDT driver configuration are worse than Nvidia.

Although you do not believe it, and tried changing and HID STHDA.INF files but the only thing I managed to get is that the application that is detected when I connect the headphones and when removed from the jack.

But I'll keep trying anyway HP Forum have not yet even deigned to give me condolences for the event jua4jua4ju4jau4ja.

Thank you very much for everything if I can solve the problem will be the first to know, anyway I can say that I am computer technician and is not first time that I find a driver Revelde.

Another thing that really know me and taken the time to review all *. ini.

All this that I should not work for me is really a shame.

Solution:

I got a driver to work!
First, I did everything as listed up to the driver itself (UAA, etc.)
Then, I started with the drivers from sp49309

In the file WDM/WinXP/STHDA.INF, I added the following line:
%ST.DeviceDesc%=STHDA,HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7605&SUBSYS_103C148B
In the file WDM/WinXP/Sthda.ini, I added the following line:

HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7605&SUBSYS_103C148B=92XXM6-F.INI
Then in Device Manager, I right clicked the driver (I had Audio Device with the yellow circle and exclamation point) and selected update driver.
I went to my sp49309 folder and selected the STDHDA.INF, and to my amazement, it installed with no error codes.
I did not need to reboot.
Finally, I went to sounds in the control panel, and I can hear soundsz
I haven't tried anything else yet (or rebooted).  Hope this helps anyone else.  FYI - choosing sp49309 was kind of a guess.  I just looked in the STDHDA.INF file and tried to find codes that were as close to mine (103C148B) as possible and hoped it would work.

But in my case this fails and you do not understand why I have it installed the UAA to SP3 and I listed in Add or Remove Programs in Windows, but still do not know why the driver does not work I have tried almost everything I think I'm going crazy that I never had happened before and I have many years experience in installing this hardware and I never really had anything like this happened ...

Monitoring the HP website in case the HP team cooperating with some contribution ...
