try spliting that list in half, and then half again, etc perhaps we can narow it down further... are you testing on a machine that has more than one of those HWIds present?
hi overflow, its a VM in vmware workstation, so none present, ive used same for last 2 years probably with lots of previous packs without issue - will give a go narrowing that down
right, I narrowed it down to just two entries (assume could be any two from two Ix packs that overlap), these were two just picked at random in I1 and I2

Well that expains it two devices with same name but are different drivers... and neither is signed...
OLSP will elimiate that issue...
Actually, I solve it with my BartPE plugin code...
But OLSP uses the output of my BartPE Plugin as a source...
Try it you'll like it 
- OLSP is so good it was the reason i gave up adding SysPrep as a platform for DriverPacks BASE .
