Hi,
The HWID:

here is the link

The link is not Longer accesible. Crap!
I have found a Atheros AR5008 Wireless Network Adapter
that has VEN_168C&DEV_002B and I belive that is not on the LAN package.
Greets from sunny and warm (finally!) Atlanta, GA.
I have an Acer AS5516 laptop that has a Atheros AR8132 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller and I have consistently had to install this driver myself.
My philosophy is if a workaround exists, don't make a fuss.
But I did want to second your observation that this driver is not currently included in the latest nightly build.
I continue to use the very latest BASE and most current non-released/nightly builds of the DriverPacks.
Guys, simply requesting HWIDs won't help us. We need links to working drivers. I'm not psychic and I'm pretty sure none of the other team members are either.
The generic download page I found is here: http://partner.atheros.com/Drivers.aspx
*Edit
I've downloaded all the drivers from the atheros site, and I found VEN_1969&DEV_1063 in one of them.
Adding...
oh sh*t!,
This page was not there a few weeks back.
mr_smartepants, maybe this has been asked 1000 times, what do you want us to do?

Mark, you'll need to provide a link to your working driver and I'll add it.

well, the WLAN request you made will need to get moved to the WLAN forum, not here.
I'll work on this LAN dp and put out a beta for testing. Hopefully we can get this finalized soon.
OK, I just realize that I am coming to the wrong thread... (even if this was opened by me) sorry for the noise.
I am certain I found that driver after a long night in a (wanabe drunken) stupor, and am unsure if I can give you a relevant, accurate URL.
Lemme do some homework and see what I can come up with, in the interests of making our Packs even better than they already are.
Many, many thanks for all your efforts, and especially for your accomplishments, without which I would be seriously impaired, technically speaking.
I LOVE the Driver Packs and all the great contributors here in these forums.
After the same driver. use a gigabyte board [g31m-es2l] that uses the driver.
following is extracted from the driver cd - was unsure of files needed, so have included them all [mainly].
Can also beta test if need be, as we use these boards on a regular basis.

Thanks for the feedback Mike... We don't accept drivers from rapidshare or the like...
Only OEM / manufacturer links are accepted. if you could test the files from GigaByte that would be acceptable. (I love Gigabytes boards)

Can confirm above works.
same with the gigabyte boards, we recently changed from asus and wont be looking back any time soon.
Asus is strong so is DFI... but gigabyte rules!
you won't be finding any bad caps anymore .
Thats the hope
Anything to make my job easier
More than happy to test an early release if need be, give me something to do
Implemented in DriverPack LAN 1002r1 (in work)
Good stuff, thanks!
Look forward to a release.
