I have not been able to see this card on the pack:

That HWID is found in DriverPack Graphics B\I1\
B\D\G\I1\igxp32.inf    12/12/2008    6.14.10.5016    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A43    Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
