VirtualBox is quite nice, I like it much better than VMWare, however it will sometimes produce some unexplainable BSODs for me (freshly installed OS even).
Going back to VPC using the same source, everything works fine.

Also, VB is yet missing Virtualization support for the CPU (the box is there but you cannot check it).
VPC does this already.

I've used both VPC2k7 and VirtualBox and I prefer VirtualBox.  It's about 500% faster than VPC in my testing.  XP installs in about 15 min on VirtualBox as opposed to an hour on VPC.
