The X-Fi is supported and is one of the drivers we have trouble with
it supports three entire lines of cards (semi-unified)
each line has its own CP installer...
we always have trouble updateing this pack because we need at least three testers.
if memory serves me correctly it supports Live, X-Fi and Audigy...
it is very possable we did not have a tester for the x-fi control panel at the time of release.
however the driver should get installed ![]()

OK, I'll be your tester
I can confirm it does not install a driver or a CP. It is important to note that creative has separate drivers for the "regular" x-fi and the PCI-Express version (titanium pro/fatality). They just released a beta to fix random SP3 crashes.

I think the PCIe cards came out after we built the current dp. I had so many problems getting the control panel to work I gave up. The drivers are no problem, but without the control panel, you don't have any 'control' over the functions.

I can confirm that the X-Fi PCI version works fine and the control panel installs without a problem, DP805 sound A.
If you need a X-Fi PCI tester I'm happy to help out.
Thanks for all the great help guys!!!
