Topic: [SOLVED] Cannot Download Graphics B or C

Been trying since last week to download the new Graphics Pack B and C and I keep getting this message:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
