Topic: over size Windows XP SP3 slipstreamed with driverpack

i had a windows XP (french) without service pack i integrate SP3 into it and the size of i386 folder without driverpack is 497MB if i add the driverpack it will be 497+333=830MB so how can i burn it into one 700MB CD? i need to keep all drivers and the standard installation of Windows too so please help me

...no i can't use a DVD

I tried to use CDimage for duplicated files ine the cd but no change in the size!!

you can use a program like nLite to remove unneeded files from your original OS (XP)
such as games or windows tour ect...
most of us have moved to dvd installs as it has become increasingly difficult to make it fit in 700 meg.
that and dvd readers are less than 20 bucks each.

Also check your i386 folder for any sp2.cab or sp1.cab files and delete them. wink
