Topic: http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_804.7z

final link to mass storage driver pack still not yet fixed.
web page: http://www.driverpacks.net/DriverPacks/ … .php?pag=m

The bad link is at the bottom of that web page:
http://dl3621.simplecdn.com/autocdn/dri … -32_804.7z

(embedded error: http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_w … 32_804.7z)

The "yourserver.name" is template text that needs to be corrected?

And, if the structure is similar to LAN804, probably also needs a "MassStorage804" (or some such name) directory between yourserver.name and DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_804.7z ?

I think I need the updated version, because I'm currently battling some sort of Silicon Image softRAID issue.

This has been outstanding for several days.  sad

Hi nekote
open the mass storage pack, and edit its INI.
Move the section you want to use below others, and recompress.

see FAQ forum, on mass storage

The answer was 42?
Kind regards, Jaak.

Jaak is correct please use the search feature

There is a thousand posts for Silly Cone H3LL -
They have issues with thier HWIDS to INF matching in PNP.
they tend to take the first found driver vs the best one.

The fixes for this are WELL documented.

Re: http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_804.7z

My apologies.
I don't think I made my initial post easy enough to understand?  sad
(I have now edited it, to make the embedded error portion of the URL clearer:
http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_w … 32_804.7z)

I cannot *DOWNLOAD* the MassStorage pack, in the first place.

The silly *DOWNLOAD* link has some sort of typo issue, I think.

I've tried guessing likely URL fixes, but didn't hit a winner.

The two of you working too hard, keeping everything you're juggling, in the air?

Sorry to have discovered one more (small) issue that needs to be adjusted.  sad

Re: http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_804.7z

No one else is haveing your issue... we got over 40 hits on that file while we checked on it this morning

Clear your internet files cache

all your links above work for me - right now in IE

Since we could clearly see that the links were not broken we were concentrating on the only issue that remained.

Sorry for not Stateing the obvious if the links were broken (again [sigh] sad ) we would have MANY more posts too.
We just assumed since everyone else was working agian so were you.

I'm Sorry, My bad... will you please check the links now and report back

Re: http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_804.7z

Thanks very much for your time and efforts.

I cleared the Temporary Internet Files.
I checked, manually, to see only a ton of cookies left.

Still no joy, for me.

I'm sorry to keep bugging you.
In the web page I get to view, there is still the "yourserver.name" text embedded in the "simpleCND.com" link.

Got an alternative way / URL I can reach that 804 MassStorage driver pack file, that is getting 40 hits per minute?
Please feel free to use an alternative delivery method, to keep that link quiet.

Sorry I haven't figured out what's wrong and to still be bothering you!  sad

Re: http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_804.7z

I truly don't get it.

On a lark, I tried the link above in this thread.

Even with the yourserver.name, the darn thing worked, for me!

Just don't know.
Thanks though!

Re: http://yourserver.name/DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_804.7z

Thanks for letting us know that you were able to get the file...
the yourserver.name is not a typo. wink  http://yourserver.name/

Have a great day.
