[REL] Bulgarian Language Pack 6.07 Beta 2 (Page 1 of 2)

You forgot to update the author and authorContact entries! I've changed them to 'chertoianov' and entered the e-mail address you used to register here at the forums. (I'm including the language files in RC1).

EDIT: and you should also rename it to ?????????.ini or B?lgarski.ini (whichever one is correct, got it from Wikipedia )

EDIT2: well... it seems punbb doesn't do very well in supporting unicode But I guess you know what was written there...

Well, I though it would be nice to have all languages featured in their original name. But perhaps it's better to use the format

<language name in language> (<language name in English).lng

e.g.:

Deutsch (German).lng

That way you willl always be able to recognize the languages as long as you know some English.

Yes, obviously I'll have to change that, then.

Uhh, that certainly screw up some Unicode...

@chertoianov I review the translation and it's looking ok. Just a few things that I found

There's no FULL unicode support in AutoIt, so this would be extremely difficult to realize. You CAN write in Cyrillic or whatever, save it as ANSI and open it properly on systems with Cyrillic enabled. But not on all systems.

I agree that this is not the best solution, but if there's one price to be paid because of using AutoIt, then it's unicode support. I had to choose a language that allowed FAST and easily maintainable development, or you would still not have seen any GUI. Perhaps I can find a workaround, but I won't make it a very high priority, there are other more important things now.
