Topic: [REQ] AC97 SoftV92 Data Fax Modem with SmartCP WinXP 32B Driver

Hi folks,

Have come across this driver that doesn't appear to be in the current modem pack (DP_Modem_wnt5_x86-32_1101.7z)
It is to suit an ASUS W1000 (W1S00NA 24M)
This is also an Australian model laptop too, if that may have any bearing on it.

I have included a link to the entire driver disk in standard .ZIP format below (apologies on a free hosting site)

Hopefully this may help someone else out.

I have also checked this file for infection with ESET NOD32 on 20/4/12 and was clean

The third party driverpacks are just that... third party.

Please add the driver

Test that it does in fact install correctly
Post us a link to the updated modem pack that you have tested and you know is working
- Even if we were to add this driver we would still need you, or someone else with this hardware, to test it big_smile.

You already know how valuable these packs are,
and you have already tried to help others,
can you go the final mile?

I can confirm that the driver did in fact work on the target machine (in the original format), but I no longer have access to the machine.
I will repackage it per the tutorial that you linked and re-post as soon as I get a spare moment.

are there any driver left in the packs you havent added or updated tongue
you even updated my Voodoo drivers for me.

Now all we need is a successful test
