Topic: Is it safe to add as many drivers as I can?

Well, basically what the title says. I'm making a Win XP DVD and I was planning to make it as compatible as possible with nowadays hardware. So, it is safe to insert as many drivers as possible to the installation cd? Or it will generate conflicts?

And, what exactly does your driverpacks contain?, generic drivers? or "as many drivers as you could find"?. Thanks.
