Critical Error: Could not copy Intel Chipset drivers' .inf files

I recieved the following Critical Error:
Could not copy Intel Chipset drivers' .inf files from \$OEM$\$1\D\C\I\xp\ to \$OEM$\$$\INF.

This happens when selecting the chipset driver and option 1.
