Topic: [SOLVED]Invalid file list DP_Graphics_A_wnt5_x86-32_7051.7z

When I try to run "C:\Download\bin\un7zip.exe DP_Graphics_A_wnt5_x86-32_7051.7z c:\gr" I get an Invalid file list DP_Graphics_A_wnt5_x86-32_7051.7z.

Why is that?

I download 7052 and it seems to be working.

Hi

This was part of the problem with Graphics_A 7.05 and 7.05.1.
The 7.05.2 is actually 7.04 since the update was pulled back.
The New Catalyst driver installer used a very different method than previous released Catalyst drivers, and while local tests worked for those working on it, a live rollout did not.
Tests on the new catalyst installer are showing real progress, though.

The answer was 42?

Yes, be patient.  New DP Graphics_A 7.05.3 is in testing now.

you're ON... we know this is likely because catalyst 7.5 had bugs of its own.
I say four days and six minutes, tho.

The new Catalyst will have Steam integrated. Not so good, eh?

The 7.5 installer lists "Free Games Offer" and "Earthsim" as default options.
Well, you can bet that crapware wont make it into the DriverPacks! smile

Steam is in because of the new deal with Valve to include a free coupon for Ep 2, Portal and TF2 with the new HD 2000 series cards.
Obviously, you will need Steam to play those so they included it any new owners would just have to install the driver, enter the code and play right away (as in: it's understandable in a way...).

As for Earthsim, I have no idea, looks like some Google Earth clone.
Going to check it out later, but currently, my system is FUBAR after the installation of CAt 7.5 as it does not want to detect any GFX card >.<

Oh well, it's gonna get properly reinstalled anyway...
