But why would you need/want such a file?

Because; Sometimes people ask me;
"Wow,that must be a lot of driver's on that DVD, how many driver's exactly?"

And I want to answer! wink

haha big_smile You know what? Print the readme's of the DriverPacks... then you've got ALL directories, driver versions and of course, drivers. You can count them there, if you want to (or if you're extremely bored tongue). Although some include drivers within drivers, but that's only a few.

Print the readme's of the DriverPacks... ---->>>? Where can I find it, have seen inside the DP_Graphics_B_wnt5_x86-32_603.7z but could not find any readme file......

There are 1346 inf fils......

What is your point? Don't forget that each manufacturer has MANY devices and therefore multiple (but less than the 'MANY') drivers! wink

I was not making a "point"....
Iam making a TXT file that shows what drivers that are included on the driver DVD. Or at least what manufacturer that has been "included". Not down to device level, just as a indication! smile

I have seen that new  DriverPacks are developed for  LAN & WLAN.
If you rename the DriverPacks for Graphics A, B and C, can the be used with  BASE 6.05.2 ?

At least you are honest about it ;-)

Strange!

Did Dl it from a link here.

I have this in C:\Downloads\driver\DPs_BASE\DriverPacks;

DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32_605.7z
DP_CPU_wnt5_x86-32_603.7z
DP_Graphics_A_wnt5_x86-32_603.7z
DP_Graphics_B_wnt5_x86-32_603.7z

DP_Sound_B_wnt5_x86-32_603.7z
DP_WLAN_wnt5_x86-32_603.7z

I have just tried it with DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32_605.7z---->same issue.
And my XPcd is new and clean...

EDIT

I removed DPs_BASE.log and DPs_BASE.ini, and now it slepstreamed  ok using metode 2.......

Same error when using metode 1.....

I have this:DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32_605.7z
That's the only pack Iam using(Test Purpos)
I get this: "Could not copy Intel Chipset drivers' .inf files from \$OEM$\$1\D\C\I\ to \$OEM$\$$\INF."
