Our drivers that comes with latest driver pack fail.

Some how I could not use the Sony VAIO file on a ASUS P553M laptop.
I found this one that works on that device.

In the that that I am using Driver Packs. The Lan is the most important pack because after this one, some drivers can be download automatic from the Microsfot website.
I only have the Betaupdate from Feb 2013. How Do I add a new driver?
